Eagles Watch: Osaze shines as club draws

Obinna Nsofor was impressive at Upton Park in West Ham’s game against Fulham, a club that has another Nigeria, Dickson in its books.
Obinna came close to scoring for the Hammers in the 41st and 80th minutes but it was his strike partner Frédéric Piquionne who got West Ham’s only goal in the 51st minute.
Etuhu, meanwhile was on for all ninety minutes.
He had a good performance as his only blemish was a 36th minute yellow card for a foul on Scott Parker.
At St Andrews, Yabubu Aiyegbeni helped Everton inflict a two-nil defeat on Birmingham City.
It was Birmingham’s first loss at home in 18 matches.
Yakubu was hooked with ten minutes to play and his place was taken by Johnny Heitinga.
Newly crowned EPL player of the month, Osaze Odemwingie fired blanks at the Hawthorns as West Brom were held to a one all draw by Bolton Wanderers.
His afternoon was eventful for the right and wrong reasons.
The Nigerian was guilty of some very bad misses especially in the 77th and 90th minutes but it was his inch perfect cross from the right that was converted for the Baggies’ only goal by James Morrison.
