Garba, 30, had trained twice with Kaduna United but left for Kano and promised the management of United that he will return in a matter of days but that has not happened.
Assistant Technical Adviser of Kaduna United, Dahiru Sadi, told SuperSport.com on Saturday that there will be an olive branch extended to the Kano Pillars’ man that will run between Sunday and Wednesday.
He explained that after that period, the chase for the attacking midfielder will be closed, as Kaduna United will round off their pre-season plan by participating in a four-team invitational tournament in Kaduna.
“We have been waiting for him since he trained with us two times but we have not seen him. Though he sent words to us that he will come, we are yet to see him. Kaduna United will go on with pre-season plans and that includes a four-team competition in Kaduna, which will run from Sunday to Wednesday.
“We had hoped to use the competition to watch him (Yaro Yaro) but we will wait to see if he comes. But if he doesn’t, the coach I believe will take a decision on that,” Sadi explained to SuperSport.com.
However, Garba may have jettisoned the move to Kaduna United in the wake of being offered a coaching job by Kano Pillars with their youth team.
The 30-year-old is one of three pencilled down to coach the youth team and is expected to proceed to a coaching course at the National Institute for Sports (NIS) in Lagos on the expense of Kano Pillars.
